I would like to give myself a pat on the back for achieving the first league 300 I have been trying for many years and now I have finaly done it.Two 300's in the space of 8 days I must be doing something right.... :-)

I would like to Congratulate Chris Williams on his first league 700 series.His 3 game set consisted of 246 268 221 for a 735 series its also the highest series of the league this season very well done.....

Congratulations to Andy Tuddenham and Russell Smithers who both scored very high tonight Andy 265 247 202=714 and Russell 233 279 206 Well Done....

Lane oil patterns from last season have been discussed between all league secretaries and after all the deliberations it would apear that we will be sticking with the 3 current oil patterns Bourban Street,Route 66 and Middle Road.If anybody in the league isn't happy with the current patterns we will need to call a meeting to discuss the matter further, the only alternative I can see is to remove the patterns that bowlers are not happy with as other patterns have been tried without sucess.Other centres only have 1 consistent pattern! let me know your thoughts ultimately League bowling is supposed to be fun not torture :-)

I would like to remind all the bowlers to bring double money for the first weeks bowling, please make sure you bring exact money and it makes the process so much easier for the treasurer.Thank you :-)
